Family owned and operated small bbq restaurant. The name comes from one of the owners Erinn Bauer, her father John Pirt has called her Big Er ever since she was a little girl. (Pronounced Big Air). The other owner is Chris Bauer and their two kids Cole Bauer and Erilynn Bauer.
